Since 2001 microsys Berlin - micro-optics and micro-optical systems - has successfully presented the fascinating developments in microsystems technology. As a combination of exhibition and lecture program, the event is now breaking new ground in terms of content and structure: From now on, it will take place parallel to Laser Optics Berlin. Its new focus is on the presentation of fields of application shared by optical technologies and microsystems technology. A meeting of the commitee “microsystems technology” of the AMA - association of sensor technology takes place in the Ferdinand-Braun-Institut für Höchstfrequenztechnik and is organised by ZEMI. The agenda is focused on "micro technology and optics" with an interest on discussions between members of the AMA and the local companies.
