Within ZEMI numerous projects from different fields of application are accomplished - from automotive to zytometry. An emphasis is placed on the development of hybrid microsystems. To give an idea about the diversity of ZEMI projects, a small selection from the fields of life science (Biomar), communication technologies (AVM), micro-optics (MOPA) and materials technology (LTCC) is presented.
